Grading Policy
Homework will be given regularly to continue to practice the concepts learned in the classroom. Unless otherwise specified, it is due the next day. Incomplete or missing assignments will be given an "M" until they are completed, at which time they will be given a score and marked "late" in the gradebook. Unless otherwise stated by the teacher, work will receive a 20% reduction if it is turned in one day late and 50% after thereafter. Additionally, the school wide ZAP program will be used to ensure that students complete homework on time. No extra credit will be offered as we feel that grades should reflect student learning. However, test retakes may be offered at the discretion of the teacher.
